　　The working principle of electrostatic precipitator is the use of high voltage electric field ionization in the flue gas, air flow in the dust charged under the effect of electric field and flow separation. Anode made from different cross section shape of metal wire, discharge electrode. The anode is made by the different geometric shapes of metal plate, called dust collecting electrode. The performance of electrostatic precipitator [1] by dust properties, equipment structure and the influence of three factors such as flue gas flow rate. Dust resistivity is the conductivity of the evaluation index, it has a direct effect on dust removal efficiency. Low resistivity, dust particles was difficult to remain on the dust collector electrode, thus cause to return to the airflow. Than high resistance to the dust motes in the electrode charge is not easy to release, in the voltage gradient between the dust layer can produce local breakdown and discharge phenomenon. These conditions will cause the loss of dust removal efficiency.
